FLCS consistently refines its care through feedback, ensuring reliability and personalized solutions for its clients.
Since 2021, FLCS has built a sustainable business model using partnerships, grants, and service fees. Our skilled workforce, including psychiatric nurses and behavioral technicians, ensures scalable, high-quality care.
Strong client retention, geographic expansion, and funding success validate FLCS's model. By combining specialized care with cultural relevance and local partnerships, FLCS remains a trusted, scalable provider for high-standard care services.

Forever Living Care Services (FLCS) is driven by strong leadership and a commitment to quality standards that propel the organization forward. Our leadership prioritizes innovation, strategic planning, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every service we provide is trauma-informed, culturally safe, and client-centered. These principles guide our approach, empowering us to meet the unique needs of individuals with special needs, while maintaining excellence across mental, physical, emotional, and social health services.
Entrepreneurship has played a crucial role in shaping FLCS's goals and aspirations. Our founders saw a gap in the market for specialized care and seized the opportunity to address it by developing a comprehensive, person-centered care model. This entrepreneurial mindset has not only fueled our growth but also positively impacted the local and regional business communities. By creating jobs, establishing partnerships, and offering vocational programs, we've fostered stronger networks and enhanced regional healthcare resources.

Over the past three years, Forever Living Care Services has experienced remarkable growth. In 2022, we generated $550,000 in revenue but faced a loss of $17,000. However, by 2023, our revenue surged to $1,350,000, resulting in a profit of $650,000. In 2024, this growth accelerated, with revenue reaching $4,500,000 and a profit of $2 million.
Our primary revenue stream comes from specialized care services, including personalized mental health and developmental disability programs. This is supplemented by partnerships with government agencies, grants, and service fees, particularly in regions, where culturally safe and trauma-informed care is in high demand.

Forever Living Care Services was incorporated in February 2021 as a non-profit organization, with the incorporation process managed by a legal professional to ensure full compliance with Canadian laws. This process involved drafting the Articles of Incorporation, filing with both provincial and federal regulatory bodies, and structuring the organization in line with the requirements for a non-profit entity under Canadian regulations.
Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Forever Living Care Services focuses on delivering specialized care to individuals with special needs, particularly in the areas of mental health and developmental disabilities. Our primary operations are within the Canadian market. By establishing a strong legal and organizational foundation from the start, we have been able to grow sustainably while adhering to all relevant legal and operational standards. This framework has enabled us to continue expanding our impact and meeting the needs of the communities we serve.

Our story matters because it reflects a commitment to uplifting marginalized communities, especially within the Black community. Forever Living Care Services is 100% Black-owned, with 99% of our staff identifying as Black. This ownership and team structure allows us to intimately understand the barriers our communities face in accessing specialized care and employment opportunities.
As a Black-owned organization, we are dedicated to creating opportunities, breaking cycles of marginalization, and fostering leadership within our community. We focus on addressing systemic inequities through culturally relevant, trauma-informed care that honors the unique experiences of those we serve.
Our journey is one of empowerment, resilience, and innovation.
